Thank you for visiting my fine art photography site. One of the most gorgeous lavender fields in Oregon is the Woodland Lavender Farm in Yamhill County!

It sits up high with an absolutely phenomenal view of the valley leading up to the Coast Range. It is some thirty acres surrounded by gorgeous landscapes, vineyards and Douglas Fir trees.

The lavender, the view and the people who run it are super! Lavender is used as a culinary herb. And, essential oils that are extracted from lavender are the most utilized oils in the world.

The benefits are many! Lavender oil can help reduce anxiety and emotional stress. It can help heal burns and wounds.
