Donna Johnson

I was born in Maywood, Illinois. I loved drawing cartoons for fun at a very young age and still do today. I then enjoy painting murals on my wall at home of Disney characters. After High School, I went to College where I met the the love of my life. We got married and later had 3 wonderful kids. I became serious about art after my husband's job move us to Boston in the 80's. I enrolled into Boston Museum of fine art college, for refresher courses. I learned pastel painting and found working with my hands on paper a favorite medium. I later tried acrylics,watercolors, pencil, inks, and oils. After Boston my husband's job moved us to Texas. After living there for 3 months my husband had a major heart attacked and passed away. Not until...
