Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. I found this piece compelling for emotional reasons. The patina was thick and the sculpture breaking down with decay. The patina caused streaking which perfectly mimics tears running down the face. Nature and time added depth to the sculpture.
About Kathleen English-Barrett
I discovered my 'artist within' during my second year of undergraduate at the University of Windsor, Ontario. I graduated with a BFA and spent another year getting an art history minor. Summers were spent studying art and art history in England and Italy, an adventure that heavily influenced my art from that point on. After that, I finished a Master's Degree in painting from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and I was off and running. I taught in Canada and then studio classes and art history at a local community art center in Michigan and for many years at community college.
