The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. It's not unusual to find such sights here in the Languedoc in the south of France. Much of the vast area, still relatively undiscovered, is dominated by ancient villages which once thrived. The young left home for jobs in the big cities or abroad.. and often those left behind lived on meager funds.
With 2 World Wars in the last century, France suffered great losses, both in lives and with property. As late as the 1960's cars were rare.. bicycles ruled especially in rural areas. Sights like this door are still common here. For many people, it's 'le charme d'Antan' .. the charm of former times..
