A digitally manipulated and enhanced art photography rendition of the most spectacular and revealing view anyone can get of La Perla at Old San Juan. The photograph was shot in 1992 from the upper balcony of the Institute of Neurobiology of the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus on the west side of La Perla.
