Our female cat was named after "Gulliver's Travels" due to her wandering away while still a kitten. She had no problem with a tom cat name. Despite her colors here, she was black & white. Only the eyes remain true to color. She was a wonderful mom to two of her solid white cats for 15 years. She adored attention & always kept her babies in line. Her two daughters & her nephew have also had their portraits painted.

I live in the thriving Upstate of South Carolina. There are mountains one hour to the north and beaches four hours to the east. We enjoy all four seasons with all their splendor. Throw in family and friends....what more could one ask for? I thoroughly enjoy spending time in my art studio, especially when painting colorful giraffes! I had access to photos taken on an African safari. All of the animals were spectacular in their habitat, but the giraffes stood far above the rest and I've been in love with them ever since.
