This tiny little light house guards the southern end of Harbor Island, in Tampa Florida. If you ask the average person about Tampa having a lighthouse they would say there is no lighthouse!!! But this light lighthouse dose exist and for most boaters on the Hillsborough river they know it is here. With huge cruise ships navigating this channel it is important to know where this point is located. The little lighthouse stands about 35' high and it's light can be seen on the darkest nights. I hope you enjoy "The Tampa Lighthouse"!!!
