I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

The inspiration for this piece is a quote by Mary McLeod Bethune:

I took chances with this piece... and while it may seem strange to some, it is truly near and dear to my core beliefs.
This is a mixed media painting made with layers of scrap paper, Intense pencils, glitter, acrylic, and ink on 9" x 12" Canson heavyweight watercolor paper.
