Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. Artist's Description
Three Sisters is a fabricated stainless steel sculpture. The fabricator used my maquette (a small model of the piece that is used to take measurements from) to make this larger model. However, since the engineering to do this takes a tremendous amount of time, it is not practical to enlarge to this size.
The patterns have to be perfect so the metal meets at the corners so it can be welded. These forms all have curves that have a changing radius like a French curve. Once you have the metal cut out it is very hard to bend. It is actually easier to make a 10 ft. sculpture than this 3 ft. sculpture.
Stainless steel is extremely hard to photograph. The high lights blow out and you are supposed to use a white tent and shoot through a hole in the wall and have special lights. This was the best I could do at the time. It is about 36' tall x 48" wide x16' deep
