Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I love this print! Her dress is so pretty and victorian and I can daydream that this is me in another lifetime , contemplating life while visiting the sea

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A big thank you for your talent & putting out there to buy your beautiful map!!!

Just exactly what I was looking for. Next time I’m in SFO, I’ll be sure to wear flowers in my hair! Thank you so much for bringing back all those memories.

Artist's Description
Some might find this image bleak and melancholy with the leafless trees and dormant field and only the gently falling snow to bring life to the scene, but beneath the barren branches and frozen earth there is life waiting to spring forth in a few months' time. With that in mind, it seems an excellent illustration of an oft quoted Old Testament verse, Ecclesiastes 3:1: To every thing there is a season.
Image was taken on a cold December day in rural eastern Nebraska.

Congratulations on your sale. Could you have chosen Spring??
Nikolyn McDonald replied:
I could have . . . but, as I explained in the description, I went with winter - and a lifeless, desolate sort of winter scene at that :) Someone besides me evidently found beauty in it :)
