I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

The practice of wine tasting is as ancient as its production it is certainly a form of art. Apparently the type of wood or other material used to age the wine in barrels has significant effect on the taste. The wood interact with the wine to produce very unique quality . The shape of a wineglass can have also a subtle impact on the perception of wine, especially its bouquet. This work was inspired by wine tours around Santa Barbara. This is a digital creation from my Wine related Still Life series called " The Energy within".
