Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. Artist's Description
I experienced a wonderful paper birch tree in Southwestern Minnesota that was so beautiful in early fall, I just wanted to paint it. It had lovely white surface bark and curling bark that left orange under layers and also little black marks all over the tree. The scene was part of a very green forest area, so I worked at varying their colors. I played with my special ink pen on this painting so to capture the intricate activity noted on the surface of the tree bark.
