Tuscany has its visual rewards, the Tuscan rolling hills of the Chianti region is one of my favourite Italian landscapes. Between Florence and Siena, the green fields produces some of Italy's best wine from its many vineyards. The roads crisscrossing this Italian landscape wind through some of the most beautiful hills and valleys, one has to constantly look out for bicycle riders as this is one of the most popular riding spots in Europe. I would often stop high on a hill, spread a blanket and savour a crusty Italian sandwich and a glass of wine before moving on to my next visual conquest at hand.
