Nice fantasy rendering by the artist of an early Miss Bardahl scheme, probably around 1958 or 1959 with an unusual tail fin that was later replaced with a more swept back shape. Shown racing against 2 other popular hydros of their day, Hawaii Kai III and the original Miss Thriftway, which was actually destroyed in the 1957 Indiana Governor's Cup. But the art still makes for a fanciful hydroplane fan's dream match-up!

A perfect card that is accurate to the artwork.

This art did not translate well in this printed card. The foreground detail does not show well, unfortunately. I do love the art itself.

I'm not sure this artwork can be accurately replicated in this format. I may try ordering it as a print to see if that will work better.

A lovely card I will give.
The Church of the Immaculate Conception in Barichara, Santander, Colombia is as known for its terra cota colored stone and spanish colonial style architecture as it is for its religious reverence. This town has remained almost untouched by modern advances as it seeks to preserve its colonial and cultural heritage now over 3 centuries old. In 1975 Barichara was proclaimed as Colombia's most beautiful village and in 1978 it was declared a national monument!
