This vintage 1902 FN motorcycle sports a non-electric headlight. It is belt-driven with no clutch or throttle. Speed is controlled by advancing or retarding the ignition spark by a lever on the right side of the gas tank. The single cylinder 4-stroke engine is a 133 c.c. model. In this photograph I have blurred out the background so only the cycle is in focus to draw your eyes to it.

In 1958 I purchased a used 3f Leica and began taking photos of stock car races and school dances. In 2005 while living in California I was encouraged to get involved in watercolor painting by an art instructor. In 2005 I sold my Leica and now use a Canon digital camera. For the past nearly ten years I have displayed my art in both the Benson Art Gallery and Art on Mountain in Fort Collins, Colorado, and That New Gallery in Prescott, Arizona..
