About Brooke Ryan

Brooke Ryan

I have been photographing for 30 years, since my Dad gave me a World War II era Argus C3 rangefinder camera. In High School I bought a vintage enlarger and worked in my basement darkroom developing black and white, gelatin silver prints from my 35mm negatives. I majored in Art in college to prepare for a career as a fine art photographer, but switched paths and earned a Master of Science in Health Services Administration instead, working in hospitals in Georgia, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts before returning to my passion. I am a Juried Artist Member of the Cape Cod Art Association and my fine art photographs are in private collections around the world. My work has been included in the following exhibitions: All Cape Cod - Cape Cod...
