The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.
Artist's Description
This image was painted from a photograph I had taken during my visit to India. This picture I had not really intended to take, but it was part of a larger picture that I blew up and cropped to separate the image that I liked for my painting. This image painted on a 5 x 7" stretched Linen using master's techniques that I learnt at the Windward Community College, Kaneohe, Hawaii. It's also interesting to see how two paintings done from the same picture can come out so different just by changing size, and medium slightly from 18 x24" to 5 x 7" and instead of using oil on stretched canvas to oil on stretched Linen. This painting I feel has more texture visible as compared to the one done on stretched canvas and colors also came out slightly different.
Note: Please REDUCE the image (if ned to) to fit the 5x7 CARDS, so that the image is NOT cropped to keep the integrity of the original image.
No Fine Art America WATERMARK shall appear on any finished prints. They are strictly...
