This is a very common scene in Italy, wash hanging on the line. I love the way Italians use outdoor spaces. It's not hard to imagine at the end of the day, sitting at this little table with a bottle of vino, an aromatic pizza competing with the fragrance of the blooming flowers.

Growing up on a small family farm in Hubbardsville, New York, Charlotte can't remember not drawing or painting.
