Fantastic image Susan...so compelling I just adore this! A perfect capture in black and white...brilliant! f/v

Absolutely love this (and David quotes the poem from which my names comes) and am compelled to give this a vote and fave as well as a pin with acknowledgments.

How beautiful....F.

I love this Susan! Favorited.

Fantastic shot Susan, great in Black & white image!! f/v

Susan, great work: but the raven, sitting lonely on the placid bust, spoke only, That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour. Nothing further then he uttered - not a feather then he fluttered - Till I scarcely more than muttered `Other friends have flown before - On the morrow he will leave me, as my hopes have flown before.' Then the bird said, `Nevermore.'

Fabulous capture and use of B&W.... perfect for the ravens of Poe stories. vf

Great shot Susan....and I like how you used the vignette (and selective focus) to emphasize their point of contact. Amazing expressions and postures you captured! v/f

About Susan Capuano

Susan Capuano

I discovered photography right out of high school when I took a course at a school in Boston in the late 60's. I learned on an old Yaschika A double lens reflex loaned to me by the school (wish I had it now). I learned a lot in that class about developing the film, techniques, and basics. I kept both art and photography with me through my life and travels. Since the digital age dawned I have become truly addicted to my camera and computer. I hope you enjoy the fruits of my addiction as much as I do creating them. All my works are copyrighted and not to be used without my permission. Sue Capuano 2011-2014
