Artist's Description
I met this horse while hiking on a windy day in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Judging by the scars, she looks like she may have a few stories to tell! She was very interested in us and kept sneaking up behind me to grab at the plastic rainsleeve I had on my camera, but was also skittish and would bolt if we tried to touch her.
This classic black and white image looks stunning in a simple, black frame with a white mat.

About Tracy Munson
Tracy Munson is a blue-haired, wine-drinking, nature-loving, bunny-hugging, Canadian Landscape and Animal Photographer. With her bold and vibrant images, Tracy strives to capture ordinary scenes in extraordinary light. Endlessly inspired by the wonders of the vast Canadian...

I thought the same thing. Other than the scars she looks pretty darn good. I wonder if it was a barb wire fence, top wire about at the right height. L/F
Tracy Munson replied:
I wondered about that, too!
