The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

my re-envisioning of July 1929's Zeppelin Stories #7! Here's a time when that seminal saying of strategy 'the fog of war' (coined by Karl von Clausewitz) meant Giant Flying Phalluses filled with Explosive Gas & tattooed with HUGE Iron Crosses were out on dangerous recon over enemy territory --not unlike 21st century election year campaigning.
What's that you say? Why, you're right! That tradition IS still with us today, whenever a blimp does a football field fly-by.
