So let your 'Light' so shine, that they may see your good works, and glorify God.
Betty brings her visual perspective to YOU! She enjoys sharing her view of familiar subjects, such as sunflowers, sunsets, windmills, all things old. Betty aspires to portray the earthly and human condition in a way that elicits a soulful reaction by the viewer, perhaps even allowing new perspective on an ordinary subject. Some of her most recent landscape images focus on her central Kansas roots. One of those, 'Coming Out', was commissioned for the gallery in the 2013 summer edition of Kansas! Magazine. Other of her work is in Wichita at Limage in Towne East Square, Tessera Gallery, as well as the gift shops at Carriage Factory Gallery in Newton, Kansas, and Great Plains Nature Center in Wichita, Kansas. Betty has been known to say, 'We all can glimpse a bit of heaven on earth if we focus on worldly complexity in all its possibilities.' She shoots that intention.
