Elizabeth Diaz is a self-taught emerging artist who showed interest in art since the age of 3 years. She was inspired by art at a very young age by family members that were also artists. She began creating art work with charcoals and colored pencils along with pastels colors. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She has lived in Quincy, Florida since 1992 till present. She is a Board member of the Gadsden Arts center. Where she is involved in different commities with a mission to foster understanding and appreciation of the visual arts. Her work consists mainly of acrylic and oil paintings and reflects the unique passion she feels for art. Elizabeth enjoys creating paintings with figures, landscapes and scenery. She loves to combine nature with the humanity. The paintings she paints are inspired by the love and admiration she feels for the arts.
