Hello I'm Fontella Moneet Farrar and I'm very talented. I grew up and was born in South Hill, Virginia on December 15, 1965. The hospital name is South Hill Community Memorial Hospital. My Great Grandmother's name was Averlena Ogburn Bracey and Grandfather's name was Willie Bracey. And my Grandmother was Grace carolyn Farrar. My mother's name is Alice Mae Farrar. I went to South Hill Elementary, and Park View Senior High School in South Hill, Virginia. The same year about 14 days later I was scheduled to join the United States Navy. I went to Orlando, Florida to my basic training. I stayed in the military for 4 years. I came home and worked in the new local Veneer plant. It took a month to get the building ready to receive it's first logs from the logging company. I worked 12 years as a catcher, trainer, and 3rd shift Site Supervisor. I went to Southside Virginia Community College In Alberta, Virginia for 4 years. That was from 1996 to 2000. Then I transfered to John Tyler Community College in Richmond, Virginia. I had a mini stroke. I had to get my walking skills back and speach together, I attended McGuire Military Hospital track for therapy and support. My art was auctioned off at Southside Virginia Community College to help me recuperate. I now attend John Sargent Reynolds Community College in Richmond, Virginia at the Downtown campus for the summer 2011. I am an Administratiaon of Justice Student and I focus on my art to become a Police Sketch artist as requested by the Richmond Police Department Members and State Police Personell that I have met. My goal is to continue to do what I like best as a career and honor my fine freinds and family members as I live my life. Walt Disney and Norman Rockwell being great artists that they are truely inspired me to become what I am today.
