Larry Oldham is a closet artist who has been drawing since he was old enough to hold a pencil. His first encounter with the knowledge that he was an artist happened in the seventh grade when his father ask Larry's art teacher in school if a painting that Larry had done was good. The painting had been submitted in the Gold Key awards for painting. The art teacher went on to explain why the painting was exceptional and from that day on Larry considered himself an artist, but only to himself. Now he has decided to share some of his artwork publicly. Larry likes pencil and pen and ink drawings. He has experimented with oils, acrylics, and watercolors but keeps coming back to the pencil.
