Mark Weber has been capturing outstanding outdoor and adventure images for nearly two decades. His unique photographic perspective is a direct result of his intimate knowledge of the subjects he photographs. A lifetime spent in the outdoors climbing, hiking, biking, backcountry skiing, and exploring adds a dimension to his images that distinguishes them from the average photos that saturate the image markets.
During Mark's photographic career he has worked with a variety of clients and his photography has appeared in numerous publications. Magazines such as Climbing, Rock & Ice, Alpinist, Outside, Kayak Sessions, Mountain, High, Couloir, Outdoor Photographer, and Dirt Rag are just a few of his editorial customers.
His images have also been featured in books such as The Creative Company's Adventure Sports titles, Ice Climbing and Mountain Biking. In addition his photos illustrate guide books like Leavenworth Rock and Lamoille Canyon; A Climbers Guide.
Willow Creek Press, Mead, and the Idaho Travel Council also utilize his photos to illustrate their calendars and brouchers. While equipment manufacturers such as Black Diamond Equipment, Liberty Mountain/Advanced Base Camp, and ClimbHigh have incorporated his images into their catalogs for advertising.
In addition Mark's photography has been chosen for awards in publications such as Nature's Best Photography and his stock photos are represented by Acclaim Images, Age Fotostock and Idaho Stock Images. He also has donated images for use in non-profit publications like the Access Fund's Vertical Times, and contributes to newspapers like the Times News
