Hello! I am a visual artist from Chicago. My works are created using acrylics, oil pastels, markers, graphite or digital and most of the time, a combination of all the above! So the images I create, one might say I use 'mixed media', or whatever 'weapons' it takes to get to the final results!! As for my style, well I don't like labels, because I feel they create boundaries, which may limit one’s progression as an artist. People have described my artwork as 'fun'. Seems pretty accurate, because I like to project that 'fun' spirit that comes from within me when I'm creating!*
*'Art is my passion, and my passion is Art!' I'm inspired by dreams, music, mythology, childhood memories, and everyday life. Whatever the mood calls for!! I'll often start out a painting, with no idea where it’s going to take me, but that’s what makes art exciting for me! An empty canvas is a “beautiful” thing because the possibilities are endless!!
In 2004, I started my own graphics company called Farr*Art Images. My goal for Farr*Art Images is to have a piece of my art in every home. My personal aspirations are to share and create art that is not only interesting and different, but make you say 'Wow'!!!
