Steve Will is the name, I am 23 years old and I attend Florida Atlantic University in my pursuit of a MBA in Business Entrepreneurship. I graduated High School from the very prestigious Alexander Dreyfoos School of the Arts in Palm Beach Florida. While there I was trained in many different styles of painting and developed my own style through loads of trial and error and experimentation.
It wasnt untill recently that I decided to start making pieces as a means of income and business but I must say that it is very rewarding and I dont know why I havent thought of it sooner! Most of my work you will see is influenced by music albums and artists throught the 60's and 70's as I feel this is something that not only I but everyone can be drawn to. Also you will see figures, nature and a little taste of pencil sketching.
Some of the paintings you will see are mixed media, using an excellent process I picked up in High School. This process is known as Photo Transfering. I transfer important subject matter on to the canvas using a gel medium and finish the piece in acrylic paint to give the piece a totally different look and feel then you will see from a 'Normal' original. You can see this process in some of my 'Album Art' recreations.
