Abbie Groves grew up outside of Chicago where she spent most of her free time drawing and listening to music. After attending university in Madison, WI, she and her husband moved to Colorado. The beauty of the mountains led her to pursue studying art and to dedicate her time to painting with more discipline. She now spends her time participating in the Santa Fe Arts District First Friday events in Denver and enjoying life in the West with her husband and two labrador retrievers.
