Alla Parsons is a Russian-born artist living and working in Hawaii. She received her Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and Master of Fine Art degree from Georgia Southern University. She was a full time Art Professor on the Mainland: in North Carolina and then in New Mexico. Now she teaches art part-time in Hawaii - her 'forever home'.
