PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
In 1960 joined as Art Director in “CAXTON”, a renowned Press at Calcutta and served there long Seventeen years & simultaneously carried on with my work s of creation as a freelancer.
EXHIBITIONS & AWARDS
I) In 1963 at Academy of Fine Arts organized by the “Sketch Club”, Calcutta.
II) In 1964 All India Exhibition & Conference of Bengal Printer’s Association held in Calcutta won Nation Award, 1st Prize
III) In 1967 All India Printers’ Conference & Exhibition held in Madras; 2nd Prize & Certificate of Merit
IV) In 1968 National Award; 1st Prize, National Award 2nd Prize in two different categories.
V) In 1969 Participation in Exhibition organized by the “American Women’s Club” in Calcutta.
VI) In 1973 All India Printer’s Conference & Exhibition, held in New Delhi, 2nd Prize.
VII) In 1975 Participation in the exhibition organized by the Contemporary Artists’ Group at Corporation Garden, Calcutta
VIII) In 1977 National Award 2nd Prize
IX) In 1978 All India Printer’s Conference & Exhibition, held in Calcutta;1st & 2nd Prize in different categories.
X) In 1978 National Award 2nd Prize.
XI) In 1980 National Award Certificate of Merit.
XII) In 1981 All India Printers’ Conference & Exhibition held in Madras; Certificate of Merit.
