I am a creek side Oregon artist born in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin and raised in Huntington Beach, California. Eventually, I fell in love and married a school teacher. We later moved to Beaverton, Oregon where I am the mother of two boys and a proud grandmother to three very lovely, youthful granddaughters.
Having been an artist since the age of eleven, I enjoyed oil painting gradually evolving into watercolors. One of my past times is teaching painting classes. My love is for painting florals, and landscapes. In 2005 I progressed into creating with paper, starting off as a scrapbooker then became intrigued in creative stamp layout and propotion. My stamp fancy soon grew evolving into a love for card creation. This became an endeavor in exploring new and rich techniques. I still love scrapbooking, but paper crafts, including acrylics and oil paintings, and cards are my favorite artworks.
I also specialize in hand-painting glass ornaments and uniquely designed watercolor jewelry; earrings and necklaces using Swarovski crystals.
