After a career as an art director in advertising, I returned to my first loves - photography and watercolor painting. I've always been intrigued by the great outdoors and its ever-changing look throughout the seasons. Photos of wildlife and wild flowers, snow-covered mountain peaks and lush valleys, cascading waterfalls and quiet streams often provide the inspiration for my work. Watercolors seem to suit my style of painting the best because of the unlimited range of colors, especially when allowed to overlap and run together on paper. I also like the freshness and spontaneity of a well-executed watercolor.
I recently embarked on a new venture - painting vintage fishing lures and trout flies. These can be purchased singly or in sets.
