I am a self taught traditional watercolor painter. I have been interested in art since I was a child. I've used various mediums for my artistic expressions, from oils, pastels, pen & ink, to watercolor. For the last 15 years I have mainly painted with watercolor, focusing on landscapes ~ however I am interested in all mediums and will, no doubt, continue to experiment with any medium that leads me to the results I desire. I live on a beautiful lake in New England and am inspired by the natural environment that surrounds me every day. Thoreau expressed it beautifully... ' The world is but a canvas to the imagination.' I hope my world's canvas will continue to inspire me.
