For the past 30 years Bryan Davies has been on a visual journey to design and produce powerful photographic images with strong emotional appeal
Studying photography and visual communications at Humber College gave Bryan the focus that he needed to take his landscape, nature and portrait photography to the next level.
After graduating from Humber, Bryan joined the Kortright Centre for Conservation as their Resident Nature Photographer and multimedia specialist. When David Suzuki was filming an episode of CBC-TV’s The Nature of Things, Bryan was called upon to shoot still images of the production at The Kortright Centre.
Tourism photography comes naturally to Bryan. Last year he was awarded a six month contract from an agency of Tourism Ontario. The goal was to create dynamic tourism images of Grey, Bruce and Simcoe counties for tourism marketing publications in Ontario, Canada.
Bryan Davies fine art images have been exhibited in Creemore, Collingwood, Toronto, Ontario, Canada and were also part of a group traveling show that toured ten cities in China in 2011.
