I enjoy shooting all kinds of subjects with a specialty in purebred dogs, mostly Shelties. I've been show photographer for numerous Sheltie national and regional specialty shows over the years, and the Collie national in 2006. I made the transition from medium format film photography-- out of my own color darkroom-- to digital imaging in 2008. I love discovering how light and nature interact to produce the exquisite beauty and masterful complexity we see around us every day.
