Christine D. Winters has been drawing people since she was 3. She had her first paying art job at 9, when she created and sold many miniature paintings of flowers to neighbors. By the age of 12, she got her first business license, for 'Arts and Chris'.
Christine lives in Washington state at the bottom of the Bald Hills, near Mount Rainier. She is a tree hugging, barefoot hippie chick, and a vegetarian.
Christine uses colored pencil, watercolor, acrylic and oils to create her artwork. Although she is an accomplished costume designer, and stained glass artist, she perfers to work in the flat world of painting.
Christine doesn't have much time to paint what she wants, as most of her time is filled with custom orders. She has done many illustrations for magazines, books and posters.
