I Graduated from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale FL in 1981. Working as a graphic artist and designer back when essentially every aspect of pre-press art production and graphics was done by hand. Inspired by the freedom of expression in works by Jackson Pollock and the subtle energy of the impressionists like Monet, I began painting large abstracts on canvas in the mid 1980's. Photography became an increasingly creative medium for me in the 1990's. Over time, I have embraced the advances in the digital world which have become an incredible tool in the creative process. It's great to be an artist in the 21st century!
