I am trying to be a photographer. I have sued Google Inc et al for displaying nudes and figurenudes done by me before minors.
In the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals I am appealing a ruling by the United States Court for the Western District of Arkansas that said 'moral rights' do not apply to photographs on internet wire communications. District Court says the displays are exempted 'electronic publications' listed in the §101 exceptions to 17 USC §106A as was clearly erroneous.
The Supreme Court ruled Jan 18, 2012 in Golan v Holder, (10-545) that the archaic United States copy[rite] law was superseded by Congress selecting the Berne Convention Article 1-21 in 1994 without violating the constitution in any way.
