I've taken photographs all my life. My dad gave me a Kodak Pocket Instamatic 110 before I was ten, and I was hooked. Later, he bought me my first real camera, a Yashica FX-3 Super, which I still use occasionally today. I took some classes in college, but I am more or less a point and shoot guy. Much of my work is done after the shot, fine tuning the pictures into what becomes the finished product. So in that respect, I'm more of an artist. Either way, photography is my medium.
I currently use a Canon Rebel EOS, a Canon Powershot, and my iPhone... whatever is handy!!
Lately, my focus has been on landscapes, Indiana landscapes in particular. But it's INDIANA, you say. Well, yes it is.... and there's more than corn in Indiana... but there is corn as you will see.
I'll occasionally throw some other stuff in there as well, pics I've taken over the years beyond the borders of Indiana, and pics that aren't landscapes at all.
