Artist Statement: Dana DiPasquale is an emerging photographer currently based in Chicago but originally from New Jersey. Her work features images with strong shapes and prominent lines. She portrays small scenes from seemingly simple moments as powerful glimpses into a life. Her photography provides a different perspective on a life that is less ordinary. She is a self-taught artist and a formally educated scientist specializing in exercise physiology.
