I have been drawing and painting most of my life. I have a BA in fine art and a BS in environmental science.
My canvas paintings are usually large, done in oils... with deep, rich colours. The subjects range from 'macro' plantlife and endanged species of wildlife to impressionist style landscapes and portraits.
My computer graphics usually begin as macro photographs. I 'hand paint' added things into the photos to make them interesting. Many of my pieces have an environmental or dark theme.
My love of music led me to begin doing CD covers and album cover design. From there I began doing band web banners, tshirt design, and guitar graphics. I enjoy listening to the music and coming up with ideas to fit the band or the artist. I work quickly and efficiently and I'm very flexible.
