A RI native, Debbie Miller earned a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design. Since then she has worked as a freelance artist,decorative painter,teacher and master painter at a folk art company. Since making the transition back to her first love; oil painting, she has seen success winning awards and selling her paintings to collectors across the country and internationally. Debbies paintings have a bold palette,strong composition and a colorful,illustrative style. Still calling Rhode Island home with her highschool sweetheart turned husband and their 3 boys, the Ocean State's beaches and the people who visit them are a constant source of inspiration.
