In my work, I explore the themes of struggle, identity and self-realization. Much of my art is about process and the working out of these concerns through repetition in search of arriving at a “truth”. In essence, my work is a mapping of where I’ve been, who I am and what I understand. Though my work is rooted in the subjective, my mission has always been to create art that is accessible and stimulate productive public conversation.
