Edith Ross, born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada, is a member of various art associations and has been creating art for the last four decades. She has always had a keen appreciation of the arts and has focused her efforts in trying to reproduce the beautiful scenery and people of her home and neighboring provinces. She has experimented with various mediums, but mainly paints in oils on canvas. She has produced many landscapes, seascapes and portraits, and has recently begun to paint in the abstract, as well. Edith has been awarded many ribbons at art shows and continues to be a participating member. She maintains her studio and further markets her works, by creating exciting and vibrant productions of the beauty of this Atlantic coastal area and its people.
