Puerto Rican Painter Artist, author of Spanish written book and CD, 'Tu, puedes ser ARTISTA Pintor' (You can be an Artist Painter), who works in watercolor, oil, acrylic, mixed media and digital art. She has participated in over 300 individual and collective exhibitions, in which she has received numerous national and international awards. Included in Who's Who in American Art, 2010,2011,2012,2013 and the International Artist Magazine, 2003. Estela has represented Puerto Rico in International Art Contests and Biennials at: National Museum of Watercolor, Mexico, D.F. (2004, 2010); Museum Casa de la Moneda, Madrid, Spain (2009); Bolivarian Museum of Art, Santa Marta, Colombia (2009, 2012); Ateneo El Hatillo, Caracas, Venezuela (2005); Museum of Art, Ligonier Valley, Pennsylvania, USA (2001); Agora Gallery, Soho, New York, USA (1993) and in Puerto Rico has illustrated Telephone Directory covers, Tourist Guides, historical books, poetry, novels and postcards. She has been University Professor, Drawing and Painting Instructor, juror and curator at art exhibitions and member of multiple Boards of Artistic Associations. Proposed to the Senate of Puerto Rico the PR. the Law 187, which celebrates The Week of Puerto Rican Fine Artists, in December each year. Her paintings are in private and corporate collections at Venezuela, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Germany, England, USA & Puerto Rico and are available in reproductions.
