Hello, my name is Gaspar Avila. I'm a portuguese (azorean) photographer living in Azores islands. I've been a photographer for 9 years.
I always try an artistic and aesthetically pleasing approach to my subjects. My photography work is mostly about the Azores islands, their landscapes, architecture, culture and traditions, etc., but I also do conceptual work, mostly in studio. Sometimes I also do some Design/Digital art work. Over the years I had many of my photos published worldwide in books, advertising and magazines, including National Geographic.
All my images available here were made using professional photography equipment and editing software. Image quality is assured. Almost all of them are available for licensing, but they're not free. If you'd like to include them in your projects, please contact me for more info and other photos.
