Welcome to my site! You will find many of my paintings available as prints and greeting cards on this site. Please visit often, as I will be uploading new art regularly.
I have been working as a professional artist in Boulder, Colorado for the last thirty years. I was born and raised in New York, the product of two very talented professional artists, Wayne K. Blickenstaff and Betty Evans Cook. After attending Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, I moved to Boulder and began a very full creative life, exhibiting my paintings in art shows, galleries and the yearly Open Studios Tour.
My favorite subject to paint is the figure, in particular, the 'Mother and Child', but I am also very fond of flowers, still lifes and landscapes. I am also an illustrator and graphic designer.
