Giselle Annette Dozier was born to be an artist. Born in 1988 in New Jersey to impressionist painter David Dozier and
dancer Lissette Cortes, she grew up in an artistic family, filled with
music, dance, and painting, all the while absorbing and studying
traditional art with her father. She attended Rudolf Steiner/Waldorf
Schools, where the arts form an integral part of the curriculum, for
over 14 years from early childhood through high school, until at age
