Gloria and her husband left for the U.S. and they lived in Miami Beach, Florida, where she exhibited and then moved to San Antonio,Texas before returning to Australia.
Her artistic expression evolves out of a love of creation, and the landscape of other countries she has visited besides Spain, Guatemala and Costa Rica. Her work is eclectic, and a mixture of traditional with the semi abstract and she is at her happiest working on large canvases as an expressionist with vibrant colour and texture and extending her knowledge. Over the years she has experimented with various media including oil, acrylic, watercolour, pastel, charcoal, ink. After two years as Gallery Co ordinator she is now President of Yurara Art Society and is involved in exhibitions as well as participating in them.
